Last year theICEway was a proud sponsor of the Seatrade Cruise Awards at Seatrade Europe, and this year we are have decided to follow that up by manning a stand at Seatrade Cruise Global in Miami. Taking place in April (21-23), Seatrade Cruise Global is recognised as being the world’s largest cruise industry gathering, with more than 13,000 professionals in attendance last year alone...
2019 was an important year for theICEway ecosystem of companies, and 2020 is set to eclipse that as we set sail on an exciting journey – a journey of discovery. If you are reading this then you might already consider yourself to be a ‘traveller’ on theICEway, and we are delighted to have you on board.
For more than twenty years our expert teams from ICE Technology Services, CRIBB Cyber Security, eTestware and AIVR Labs have worked tirelessly to help clients from the cruise industry, with co-founder and CEO of theICEway, Ian Richardson, also making time to Chair the CLIA Executive Partner Technology Initiative.
Indeed, Ian will be chairing a ‘Tech Talk’ at Seatrade Global on Wednesday 22nd April entitled, “Optimising Communications”. Panellists will include Daniele Buonaiuto from MSC Cruises and Richard McKinney from RebelRoam, with a very interesting discussion expected – watch this space for more on that and be sure to get over to Room 201/202 between 2:30 and 3:15 pm on that day if Information Technology piques your interest!
In recent years, the team at theICEway have spent a lot of time conferring with our clients, partners and peers, with a view to creating a new brand identity based upon our findings and discussions. Our teams from the UK, US, Europe and Australia have all come together to add further input, and we are delighted to say that we are almost ready to reveal all… But not yet, for any such announcement deserves to be delivered in the appropriate setting.
And where better for a cruise specialist to divulge their ‘new’ identity? Why, Seatrade Cruise Global, of course!
Seatrade Cruise Global, the global cruise industry’s leading annual B2B event
Last year saw 300 journalists from around the world and over 13,000 buyers and suppliers from 140 countries descend upon the four-day conference, with the three-day exhibition playing host to more than 700 exhibiting companies from all sectors.
The brightest and best from the cruise industry joined together to explore the latest trends and to witness the annual State of the Global Cruise Industry Keynote with chief executives from the largest cruise organisations in the world.
The 2020 event is set to be even bigger than last year’s, and the team at theICEway are extremely proud to be exhibiting on stand #2215 alongside our friends at Getslash, an international technology company with a wide-ranging product portfolio that provides guests with seamless, personalised experiences aboard cruise ships.
If you are heading to Seatrade Global in Miami in April, please drop by our stand and say hello to our fantastic team, who will be on hand to discuss our ecosystem of companies and how it can help to provide value to your company as a complete IT Solution for cruise. Alternatively, if you would like to make an appointment in advance simply click here to email Lois.
All the best from the team at theICEway, see you in Miami!
