ICEbreaker December 2015

by Owen Redmond | December 20, 2015 | | 0 Comments

Hello and welcome to your second edition of our monthly newsletter, ICEbreaker from ICE, the travel technology IT consultants. We’re sending you this because we already work for you, or because we’d love to have a conversation with you.

Our best ideas often come from keeping our eyes open wide and staying curious about everything. So, here are nine articles that we think you should know about, for your inspiration and enjoyment.

This month’s highlights include Gartner’s top 10 strategic tech trends, the Five Whys, a process to understand why something went wrong. Then there’s the stats, infographics, quotes and latest thinking for you to borrow and steal for conversations, presentations and anything else. And we couldn’t let the month pass without acknowledging Star Wars.

Thank you to all our clients for a stimulating and busy year, we’re looking forward to more good things with you in 2016. Until then, Happy Christmas from us all.

Thanks,

Ian Richardson (Richie) and Conor Byrne
(ICE’s founders)
