ICE - Managed Services Part 3

Over the past two weeks we have gone through some of the IT Managed Services provided by ICE with two of our chief experts: Mel McCormack and Owen Redmond. Mel and Owen summarised services for data and documentation and monitoring and remote access amongst a host of others, and today I will be your guide on the main services remaining: Security, technical support, and training.
