ICE Extends Support to Australia

Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, 15th February 2017 – ICE Technology Services is extending its IT support service to travel clients in Australia.The unique offering gives travel clients based in Australia out of hours IT support from UK-based travel technology specialists. This will enable in-house IT teams to confidently hand over support after business hours, safe in the knowledge that all issues will be handled by a team of experts.

“We have been operating the out of hours service to our European travel customers from our “follow-the-sun” office in Melbourne for a number of years and we now want to offer the same excellent service to travel companies in Australia,” commented Ian Richardson, Director, ICE Technology Services. “The wrap around service really suits companies that have 24/7 system monitoring needs yet do not want to deal with extra cost and hassle and inefficiency of managing night-shifts and on-call rotas.”

A team based in Melbourne is also able to conduct onsite visits to handle any IT-related issues during normal working hours.

“Travel companies are faced with ever increasing technology demands.
